Ground Shipping: The following states are a 1 or 2 day ship via ground service and in most cases do not require Express shipping:
Alabama, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia.
