How will my order be shipped?
We use UPS and USPS Priority. Most order are shipped ground service. Rush orders or orders being shipped to warm climates may require express shipping. Please see below for warm weather information.

When will I receive my order?
Most order ship within a week to 10 days. If you need your order earlier, you can order our rush services. We do prefer to ship closer to the party date so your favors are very fresh. For example, if you order in February for an April party, we will ship to arrive a week before the party. You can, of course, request it to arrive earlier.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Orders paid for by personal checks will be held until the check clears.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only orders shipped to New York State are charged sales tax.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, you can call toll free 877-600-7611 to place your order.
What type of Chocolate do you use?
We currently use Merckens chocolate.
Is your chocolate Kosher?
Yes, our chocolate is Kosher Dairy.
Do you offer your products wholesale or drop ship?
Yes, click on the wholesale link at the top of the page to register for our drop ship program. Information about our drop ship program can be found by using the link on the left of the page.
What is your return policy?
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on our edible products. All sales of Edible Products are FINAL. If your product arrived damaged during shipment, please contact us right away.
Do you have a printed catalog?
Not at this time. All of our products can be viewed on our website.

Any personal information provided to us by our customers will never be shared with or distributed to other companies. Your personal information is used solely for processing your order.
